One to watch -- 21 year old Scott will be cooking up an exciting dish of Roast quail, poached damsons, girolles, spinach puree, and goats cheese tortellini. This is his take on the 'best ever dish' he has tasted whilst at Marcus Wareing's The Berkeley last year. In season Westmorland Damsons from the Lyth Valley alongside the Punch Bowl will add a special Cumbrian twist to this mouth watering dish.
